After make sure frame structer strong enough ,all foam ,doll cotten ,silk floss and fabric must be meet USA fireproof stands .In addition our fabric must meet oil proof ,water proof ,and foam frothed high density rebound foam with over 45kg/cbm; please see below image we tested .

Sleeper sofa mechanism must use leggett & platt sleeper mechanism  with  inner spring mattress with gel infused memory foam ,of curse we can use client approved brand and materials.
